A Kiwi a day will keep the doctor away. Well at least in this case depression. Studies are showing that kiwis have a chemical to help combat depression. My en devours lead me to believe this after eating two kiwis after a training session and experiencing a high euphoric and uplifted state for hours after. This lead to some amazing personal training sessions with clients. Who knows? Was is The Kiwis, the leg day, or maybe the coa coa powder i’ve been ingesting lately.

My new practice is to incorporate a Kiwi into my every day meal plan. I definitely feel something after i eat them.
